Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check.

As for the return policy, Gunner.com accepts returns & exchanges of unused/undamaged items purchased from their site. The process must be started within 30 days of original delivery.

Gunner.com offers a 30-day return policy on unused products. If a customer is not satisfied for any reason, they may return the product for a refund if it’s in the original condition, without cosmetic defects or noticeable use.

Free returns and exchanges are offered for unused Food Crate products, kennel accessories, and Gunner Wear items. However, personalized products such as the Personalized Name Plate are custom items and are final sale and non-returnable once the item has been processed.

Returns and exchanges on unused G1™ kennels are also accepted, although a shipping fee will be deducted for return cost. If a customer chooses to ship a kennel back with a label provided by GUNNER, $30 per kennel will be deducted from the refund amount for the return shipping cost, for domestic orders in the lower 48.

Customers are advised to keep the original box and floor liner in place. Failing to do so can result in an additional $100 return fee. If the customer does not keep the original box that the product arrived in, the customer will be responsible for the full return shipping cost of the kennel.

Once a refund is issued, it could take up to 10 business days to receive the refund on the statement, dependent on the bank.

Limited-edition products will be replaced with an equivalent model if an identical limited-edition product is not available for replacement at the time of exchange request. Any incremental cost originally incurred will be refunded to the customer.

Customized products, such as the engraved GUNNER Dog Bowl and the Personalized Name Plate, are custom items and therefore final sale / non-returnable once the order has been placed.
